We had a very positive experience with Twin Cedars automotive from start to finish. Scott was within $200.00 on his original quote which is unheard of in this day and age. He had to do a lot of extra research with the transmission replacement we needed for the truck but always just said it was part of the job. Thank you for your great service

Tanis does an excellent job as the initial contact person for Twin Cedars Automotive. She has great people skills, an in-depth knowledge of automotive issues and is very courteous and friendly to everyone. The mechanics and technicians are hard-working and very skilled at what they do respectively. They can “download” complicated issues and problems they have diagnosed in language and terminology that the average person can understand. They have worked on 3 of our vehicles…a Honda Civic, a GMC pickup and a Chevy Trax…and done an excellent job on each of them on wide-ranging issues. Highly recommend this great group of people!
Updated review as of Jan30,2026. Just took my 2012 gmc sierra p/u truck in for an oil change, check brakes and tire rotation. Scott, Tanis and their staff did another great job with those issues. However, they also took the initiative and did an overall “spring checkup” on our vehicle and, thankfully, were able to identify other needed repairs. They caught several needed repairs “just in time” (leaking transmission cooler hose, leaking power steering hose, brake fluid that needs replacing and same for differential fluid).
Also verified the sound mechanical condition of the rest of the truck. Can’t say enough good things about the honesty, integrity and conscientious attitudes of this auto shop in Black Creek. They are skilled and hardworking to boot. We trust them 100 percent when we bring anyone of our 3 vehicles to them. Great people all around!

This review is a year overdue. This team 100% deserves 10 stars ! We brought them an older civic purchased for our teenager that needed a provincial inspection and this team worked overtime to make sure it was ready for his surprise birthday party! Above and beyond service from really kind people.
